DIRECTOR
Chiet was Chief Financial Officer of Laguna Resorts & Hotels and Banyan
Tree Holdings Limited which are listed on the SET and SGX, respectively.
He has extensive corporate secretarial and investor relations experience from working in listed companies.
His career spans various industries including Hotels, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Retail, Agro, and Foods.
Chiet graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and has
completed the Director Certification Program from the Thai IOD.

Pornthita Anuwongse
Pornthita worked as a Stockbroker and Investment Consultant at Siam
Commercial Bank Securities (SCBS) for three years before she pursued
a full time Masters program.
At SCBS, she gained invaluable knowledge and experience in financial markets
and stock performance analysis. She is also well versed in investment analysis,
portfolio allocation and risk management.
Pornthita has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kasetsart University and
a Master’s degree in Investment Finance from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK.
