In his most recent role before founding Wise IR, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Laguna Resorts & Hotels and Banyan Tree Holdings, publicly listed on the SET and SGX, respectively.
With extensive expertise in corporate secretarial functions and strategic investor communications,
he has played a key role in enhancing shareholder engagement and ensuring transparency in listed companies.
Chiet’s career spans diverse industries, including hospitality, residential and commercial real estate,
retail, agriculture, and food, where he has successfully built strong relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and has
a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Additionally, he has completed the Director Certification Program at the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD).
Pornthita worked as a Stockbroker and Investment Consultant at Siam
Commercial Bank Securities (SCBS) for three years before she pursued
a full time Masters program.
At SCBS, she gained invaluable knowledge and experience in financial markets
and stock performance analysis. She is also well versed in investment analysis,
portfolio allocation and risk management.
Pornthita has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kasetsart University and
a Master’s degree in Investment Finance from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK.
Yuriko Higuchi is an accomplished investment and business analyst with over two decades of experience in corporate finance,
investment banking, and equity research across Japan, Singapore, and Thailand. She brings deep expertise in financial modeling,
investment strategy, corporate governance, and compliance.
Yuriko held leadership roles at CIMB Thai Bank, where she managed corporate client relationships and formulated strategies
for investment banking products. She also served as Vice President of Research at CIMB Securities, where she provided equity
research and investment recommendations for institutional investors. Earlier in her career, she was a key member of Japan Asia
Investment Company Limited (JAIC), overseeing a $100 million investment portfolio in Southeast Asia, and played a pivotal role
at JAIC Asia Capital in distressed debt and high-yield bond analysis.
Beyond her corporate roles, Yuriko has supported Japanese SMEs in expanding into the Thai market as an International Business Advisor for SME Support Japan.
Yuriko holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Arts from the Faculty of Economics at Sophia University in Tokyo and has completed the CFA Level 2 certification.
